Bristol Rape Crisis is a specialist support service for women and girls in Bristol and the surrounding areas, who have experienced any form of sexual violence, at any point in their lives.

Rape Crisis is a feminist organisation which exists to promote the needs of women and girls who have experienced sexual violence. Rape Crisis wants all women and girls to be free from the fear and experience of sexual violence.

Sexual violence includes: rape, sexual assault, sexual abuse, incest, sexual domestic violence, trafficking and sexual exploitation, female genital mutilation, ritual abuse, forced marriage, crimes in the name of honour, sexual intimidation, coercion or harassment, whether physical or verbal.

New services for survivors in Somerset, North Somerset, BANES and South Gloucestershire

Bristol Rape Crisis has secured 3 year funding for 'The Sulis Project', which will provide essential services for women and girls, particularly for survivors of historic and childhood rape and sexual violence. Read more in our news section.

Bristol Rape Crisis (BRC) is currently recruiting for the new post of Director. This is a new post to provide inspirational leadership to sustain and develop BRC, and is full time and based in Bristol.
